Upgrade and more community usable area of the jetty foreshores adjacent to the Yacht Club.
The works included tree clearing and earth filling, concrete pathways, beach amphitheatre, boardwalk, amenities upgrade and inclusion of disabled facilities, stage and shelters, landscape works and play art structures.
Coffs Harbour City Council and the community are extremely pleased with the outcomes of the Jetty Foreshores Project and delivery, as it met or exceeded all our requirements.
The project was to deliver a high quality market and activation open space area, beach protection works, activated plaza area, as well as several buildings, in an aggressive coastal environment, on a very tight timeline and budget.
